- Payments are made via a bank transfer with a requirement of full payments upon receiving your invoice.
- Parties are confirmed via email once full payment is made. We accept part payment with a minimum of 50% deposit for parties of 12 or more.
- Any offers or extra fees included in your package, will be accountable and printed on your invoice.
- Parties are non-refundable and non-transferable once a deposit or a full payment is made.
- Individual cancellations within a party are also non refundable.
- We kindly ask that you give us 4 weeks advance notice if the date of your hen party needs to be re-scheduled.
- Book your party in advance to avoid any disappointment. We can add and subtract whatever you want to make this an unforgettable experience.
- Each attendee must sign a Contra – indication form before commencing the workshop, to confirm they are fit enough under the guidelines to participate. If you are not sure whether your current health status is suitable, please contact us so we can provide you with further information.
- If you are pregnant, you will not be able to receive any massage during the workshop but can participate in all other activities.
- A small travel fee may apply based on your location in the UK. Please speak with our team on 020 8150 9109 to find out more.
- A minimum of 6 people maybe required for locations further from our current locations. Please call us to find out more information.
- For your health and safety purposes, there is a limit of one alcoholic drink per person allowed when booking our Premium Package. Alcohol must not be brought in to the workshop but we will accept one alcoholic drink per person if your workshop is based in your home premises.
